    first saw this film on cinemax many years ago.  i fell in love with it at first sight.  now i have it on my computer (shshsh, don't tell anyone.).  i'm happy to see that many others have found this little independent film and have fallen in love with it. . . . i believe that rachel crawford made several appearances on '3rd rock from the sun' as one of john lithgow's students.  in one episode, he called her a lesbian in front of the class, for comic effects.
