i'm asexual and i wonder if hormonal changes would effect my libido, i wish i had a libido
  • shantife 2014-02-23 11:56:35
I'm asexual girl, and in the age of 24 I eventually tried sex and couple times after that and it was still lame, so yeah, I didn't wanna feel like I was missing out on something, but I should have listened to my gut, there's no point in trying if you're asexual, I wish I haven't tried

i dont see the big deal, if you dont desire sex or a preference so what? , lucky you? i just dont understand why people who are Asexual making a point out of what? so u dont want sex...and?   nobody cares

    Any other Asexuals here?
  • Paul Clarke 2014-01-19 22:44:59
@livenandlove1980 Some do, some don't. Aromanic asexuals are not interested in a relationship but other asexuals are.
  • Joe Smith 2014-01-19 02:55:08
Ever notice how the people who are asexual are the kind of people you wouldn't want to have sex with anyway? It's the incredible balance of Nature.
  • livenandlove1980 2014-01-18 06:04:07
So do they still have boyfriend or girlfriends? There is more to a romantic relationship then sex. Are A sexual's interested in the other parts of a romantic relationship?

ive come out, but my family really dosent understand
  • AGrayPhantom 2013-12-15 23:09:19
Hey, does anyone know where I can get a copy of this from DVD?
  • AGrayPhantom 2013-11-18 12:21:08
+CPCoulterTweedles I'm in the same boat, but I've chosen not to come out to my family. They have a hard enough time understanding me, I'd rather they just assume I'm gay. It's fine, though, as I'm not really close to them at all.

I dont think people really cares about asexuals.. i mean u guys dont have sex with anyone , so who cares! who re u affecting, no one! why should anyone care about someone desire for sex or no..the gay thing is totally different cause they re more, and they want their rights, but asexuals dont affect anybody.. dont think no one should really care. except for your family.

I agree. I recently came out as an asexual (which, to my family and friends, is harder than coming out as a lesbian), and ever since then I've been constantly pressured to go on dates, to try kissing a boy or girl, to try sex. Worse than that are the people who assume that I'm a lesbian but afraid to admit it because I'm a bigot or because I'm afraid of what my parents will say. Why can't people understand that I'm genuinely not interested?

You're so damn right. We are always flagged as freaks or not experienced enough - all this bullshit. It isn't easy...
  • Michael Campbell 2013-10-15 22:59:54
An a sexual hipster what a dickhead
  • Ashley Casey 2013-10-14 01:54:59
"We love you! NOT that way!"
  • aceace boebace 2013-09-25 21:04:21
I love being Asexual because it is who I am. Our culture says there is something wrong with us because we do not desire sex, but there is nothing wrong with us. Love who you are even if it doesn't follow mainstream. That is for everyone not just Asexuals. Please watch the movie and you will get a better idea of what asexuality is and then go to AVEN at asexuality (dot) org to talk to Aces and better understand this community. You don't have to be asexual to join the community.

One: I do not know SPIT about homosexuality or asexuality history because I am a straight arrow hetrosexual male. Two: I have a GF and we fornicate whenever possible. Three: I have a openly gay cousin. Even though I don't like his sexual preference. I respect him for coming out and standing for what he believes. In non Western nations like Laos or Ukraine they don't tolerate this homosexuality or asexuality nonsense. They think it is dysfunctional and unholy. But thank God I'm not gay!
  • Earl Gray 2013-09-25 02:40:36
"Only in the West crap like this comes out". Haha. Should I show you gay erotica paintings from ancient Japan? And if humans exist only for the sake of fulfilling biological instincts- What are you doing on Youtube? So, congrats! Not only do you fail at history, but you fail at science as well! Hooray! My suggestion is that you please actually go study these things if you're going to claim that you're an "expert" at them and use that "expertise" as a means to judge other people.

Personally, ima very discreetly sexual person. I completely understand what Asexual is. My only confusion is why would anyone vehemently deny it does not exist?
  • AnonymousP1uto 2013-09-01 04:57:01
It's not pure nonsense, it's purely being wired a different way. The end.

    Saturn Returns (2009)

Lucy, a privileged North American in contemporary Berlin, living a life of post Punk hedonism, roams the streets with her best friend, Derek. Together they use the city like a playground, a stage, and a never ending party. Into their lives enters Galia, a young Israeli woman carrying the promise of a better, cleaner way of living. A tribute to Punk underground films turns into a melodrama in "Saturn Returns", mirroring Lucy and Galia's modulating states of mind. Our and their look into each...
