I remember when I first saw this movie. I was like five or six and I had our old TV in my bedroom so I would sneakily watch movies past my bedtime. It was the first time I can ever remember seeing anything LGBTQ+ in my life and... I like to think that this movie is why I have never ever had a problem with LGBTQ+ people. That it led me the right way to acceptance. I'll watch it again soon, as a young adult lesbian, and see if it still has the same impact on me. Thank you for uploading this!
