I hated Evan Rachel wood because of this movie. It traumatized me. Then I watched her on WestWorld, and now I have massive crush on her. She is stunning in that show, so beautiful!! Still hate this movie.

At 13 I went to my first concert with my sister and her friends and I smoked my first joint that summer i also drank beer when her and her friends were driving me to the beach with them I used to cut school and my grades were slipping and soon I started to stop eating because I was self conscious of my weight and it got to the point where I became sick and I used to shoplift with my sister from stores but now I'm better and I'm healthy again and my grades are somewhat good but being 13 was a wild ride for me i also looked like I was 17 from how I dressed and how I did my makeup haha

Fun fact: the director of this movie is a lady and was told ladies shouldn't direct, she filmed this on a cheap camera and shot it in her house with her kids clothes, it became a big thing and won a noble prize. She also directed the first twilight and it was a massive hit, her boss later fired her because she "was a women and directing was a mans job that she was incapable of doing" she is a great director now and runs for women rights!!! <3,

This movie is realistic and unrealistic at the same time When I was 13 I didn't dress like that This move may appeal to the kids born in the 2000 because they are now dressing up like they are 23 but they are younger than me

This film tells the story of how militant activists like ACT-UP and TAG pushed for a meaningful response to this serious public health problem.
