What I liked most is the setting of the movie is in the deep south and something about that environment is mysterious and interesting at the same time. Like a whole different world.. The acting was not good in some parts but overall a good movie and worth checking out.

You'll have to watch the movie and decide for yourself. The storyline is what counts. Not whether if it's shot for cheap or if it's big budget.
