Started watching this film about 6 years ago and had to turn it off halfway through. It's bad, I mean really, really bad! I've seen high school play productions that were superior to this. It's really hard to empathize with the characters when the acting is so bad. What is Veronica Cartwright doing in this?! (Remember her from the films Alien and Invasion of the Body Snatchers 1978) She was great in those films. The sets, the dialog, the acting, it's all just awful. It's a shame, the concept had potential, but this was obviously put together on a shoestring budget, and it shows.

Also, I think some people were taking a lot of it seriously, as some of it should be, but the light hearted parts are just silly and not to be mistaken for serious stuff, you know what I mean?

Now I know why Baskin-Robbins had so many flavors. I thought this was clever, very funny, and a strong movie for a Gay theme. On Netflix I gave it a nice review and 4 stars and read some of their reviews and was surprised to see a lot of people did like it like I did, but the ones who didn't were pretty much like the ones in here, they thought it was the "dumbest film they had ever seen", same. "Just stupid", same. I did think Veronica Cartwright was perfect, though.

the description to this video is made of a strange substance...quite rare...it's coming up on my scanners as 100% PURE WIN

I bought this movie and it was perhaps the dumbest film I have ever seen - not funny, not clever, just stupid. The concept sounded cute, but it was so poorly executed, the acting was awful - sorry.
