Description The annual Student Body President election at wildly eclectic and diverse West Beach High pits the quirky, much-beloved incumbent Sissy Frenchfry against handsome, charismatic -- and socially intolerant -- transfer student Bodey McDodey, who enacts a devious plan to restore the "status quo."

    I'm very sad to read that Johnny Palmero, who played the dark-haired football-player boyfriend, died in a car accident in North Hollywood on Monday, 6/8/09.  His girlfriend, Alessandra Giangrande, was driving and was also killed.  Her brother, a third passenger, sustained serious injuries but survived.  Johnny was 27.  A memorials page, guest book, and gallery are here:  http://www.legacy.com/guestbooks/johnny-palermo-condolences/128304402
