Description Christmas is approaching, and Paul's adopted sister Alana is coming home for the holidays. This won't be just a regular family celebration, as she's recently engaged and the weekend will be spent planning her June wedding with her best friends Roy and Vicki. Problem is that Roy is Paul's ex-boyfriend, and the two young men haven't seen each other since their very messy breakup. Nervous about seeing his ex again, Roy talks his good friend Gavin into joining him for the weekend and pretending to be his new boyfriend. When Paul and Gavin meet, sparks of attraction fly, but Gavin thinks Roy's still hung up on Paul. This charming romantic comedy is a funny look at family bonds, misunderstandings and the "perfect wedding."

Just watched it on Netflix. This shitty trailer does not do the movie justice. It is a really cute, family-friendly gay film... almost like something you'd see on the Disney channel.

This was a really uplifting, feel-good movie from beginning to end.  I wouldn't think a movie without a single character that was even remotely unlikable or a plot without any real conflict could hold my interest for its entirety but it does.  I watch this whenever I want to feel happy.

I really enjoyed this movie. I don't know what it was, but I love it. My most favorite gay films are: Beautiful Thing The Trip Wedding Wars Geometry Club Perfect Wedding Is It Just Me? Were The World Mine

Ugh am I the only one who thinks roy got screwed over? Like clearly no matter what he says he did still have feelings for paul or he wouldn't have gone to such lengths of having a fake bf! Like first Paul is a drunk asshole then he like starts dating someone roy brought over , if that was ever a real story i would tell all my friends to stay away from paul

Another cliché movie! Sadly most of the newer gay films are cheap clichés! No Thanks!

Is the actor plays Paul gay in real life?
  • tonloyrocks 2014-05-13 04:31:59
I hate this movie. Gavin is ugly. And Paul and his ex should have gotten back together.
