I didn't expect such a subtle work, when I decided to watch "Lost In Paradise" this afternoon while having a lunch. But then I got caught by the setting, atmosphere. colours. just an excellent work. The vietnamese culture, the way they behave and speak to each other was a new experience for me as a european person. Thank you for this enrichment!

best asian movie i have ever watched, though the ending was so sad. it presents or discloses the reality, not only in Vietnam, i guess but also in other asian countries such as Thailand and the Philippines (don't get me wrong, i'm a filipino and i know this also happens in my country). I don't understand Vnese, but thanks to the eng subs. :D indeed a great movie and great actors (Y)

Somebody have the full link of this film, I meant, the uncut version ? Can you share it, pls ? In Vietnam, we couldn't watch the uncut version TT.TT so sad Ah, about "90% Vietnamese guys under 30 are gay", I can call it a joke.

Trust me, I have never seen any good Vietnamese film like this ~ about the name, real name of the film is so long and very difficult to translate into others language, so they change it to Lost in paradise ~ I'm proud of the director Vu Ngoc Dang. Well-done, Luong Manh Hai & Ho Vinh Khoa. Love ya

the last minutes give some thoughts to viewers though ^_^... actually last 7s of the film was cut for the nude scene, but it affects the film so much... in that last 7s, there is movement of the fingers of Khoa, which means he was still alive... In an interview, he ( as Khoa) said he was a little disappointed when that scene was cut :D. Btw, i love this film much and it almost made me cry though I'm not gay ^_^

90% of Vietnamese men under 30 can't be gay buddy----their population would plummet.

His sexuality and lack of faith will be tested as he learns to rely on strangers in a world that can't be taught in books and a classroom.
