Description When a series of brutal killings of young male hustlers awakens the police to the threat of a serial killer, rookie detective Raymond Fates (Noel Palomaria) and his seasoned partner detective Tom Ellis (Charles Lanyer) battle an intolerant police department that is indifferent to these "misdemeanor killings.

    I was enjoying the movie until the dumb ass gave the thief all the fucking money at the end. It really would have been a good movie if it had not been for that. I was so pissed off. Dum Dum Dum Dum Dum.

    Used to really like this one.  Watched it for the first time in 11 years last night, and it seems so stupid now.  The directing is a mixed bag.  The wide shots look great, but acting is god awful.  Every time there is a dramatic moment, the camera zooms in on their faces.  It's distracting, and dumb as hell.  The sets still look amazing, though.

    This was the only trailer infront of Titanic. I finally saw the movie today and it was much better than this makes it look. The film looked extremely expensive, too.
