Quite an emotional short film albeit disturbing in some respects. Acting and story were both good. I pity youths like Roy (a beautiful guy) who grow up around slutty parents and sometimes have to sell themselves for money. Roy and Maurice had a bittersweet relationship (relationships between older and younger people grosses me out, no offense to anyone). I liked seeing Maurice more as a father figure to Roy as opposed to a lover personally. Sad how Roy really did not have anyone to turn to in his situation, especially with his Mom going through tuberculosis. This is a story lots of people can identify with one way or another. It is good Elizabeth did not leave her son in the end and he stayed by her. At the end of the day, family is all you have- those who really care above all.

Isn't it great that the only ones i have true trust are my mother and father? Ik they would never leave me, and when i think about how i don't have real friends, they just appear in my thoughts ans i remember that they are my true friends no matter what.
